Jeff Marx

My name is Jeff Marx and I grew up in Youngstown, Ohio. Out of high school, I attended the United States Naval Academy to play football and I transferred out after a semester to play college ball at Slippery Rock University. At The Rock, I started 47 games and was a Don Hansen All-American at defensive tackle. My senior year I was named The Division 2 National Strength and Conditioning All-American Athlete of the year. I started my career within the strength industry interning with the strength staff at The University of Pittsburgh, working with the football team. Shortly after graduating, I traveled south to claim a position as a graduate assistant on The Georgia Southern Football Strength Staff. After a year and a half, I graduated with my masters degree in kinesiology and was recently hired as a full time assistant at Georgia Southern University.
