FAQ

  • Both options begin with a short information gathering phone call so that your coach can build a program best suited for you and your goals. Your coach will then build and send your program to you-this is where the personalized program option ends (if you choose the 3 or 6 month option, you will meet with your coach once per month to make the proper changes to your program). Whereas, the 1 on 1 coaching option continues- with daily messaging and weekly weigh-ins for a true 1 on 1 Coaching Experience!

  • Once you submit payment, you will receive an email asking you which coach you would prefer to work with. You will then schedule a meeting with that coach. After the meeting, your coach will build your program, send it to you, and continue working on your health and fitness journey either on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis; depending on which program you purchased.

  • The Workout Library is a “library” of pre-made workouts available to you for a small subscription fee. These workouts, obviously, are not tailored towards you and your personal goals, however they will still help you to gain some direction for your fitness and help you to achieve those lofty goals you have for yourself!!
