Nik Mirani

From Frederick Maryland but have been a Pittsburgh resident for 3 years now Growing up I found myself to be extremely competitive; as I grew up playing academy soccer and ran track and field competing as a sprinter and jumper in high school. I attended Slippery Rock University completing my bachelors in Physical Activity and Fitness Management. While completing my undergrad, I was also the strength and conditioning intern for the Slippery Rock Football team and grew a bigger passion for strength training and speed development. I also got the opportunity to coach at Grossetti Performance where I was able to work with NFL draft prep and professional athletes in the NFL and NHL.

Currently I am completing my Masters at West Penn University in Exercise Science with a focus on injury prevention and exercise enhancement. I currently hold a certification in National association of speed and explosion level 2 an am working on obtaining my CSCS as well.
